Objective

A medium-sized, internationally oriented supplier would like to identify additional growth areas in a particular sector. For this purpose, detailed market and competition analyses have to be carried out in the different target regions of the company to identify potentials.

The first step involves the design of market models for the most important product groups - together with the quantification of sales potential, trends and market growth. In the subsequent in-depth and trend analysis, competitive and industry structures in the prioritized market segments are identified, product and manufacturing trends (substitute products, innovations) are worked out, and an assessment of risks and potentials (including regulatory parameters) is carried out.

Result

The client receives a detailed analysis of the industry and competitive structures as well as the market assessment derived from it. In addition, the planning of sales targets, the marketing mix and operational measures are handed over.
